Where we let on yearly contracts

Our long term properties are in Málaga city, mainly in Teatinos and the centre, as well as in Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa and inland in Coín and Cártama. Most are delivered furnished and equipped.

What we check before signing

Our team inspects the property, records the inventory and entry condition on video, and draws up the contract under the Spanish Urban Lease Act. The legal deposit is one month of rent for a furnished property let as a main residence.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a long term lease run in Spain?

A main residence contract renews for up to five years when the landlord is an individual, and up to seven years when it is a company. The tenant may leave after six months with thirty days’ notice.

What documents are needed?

Identity document or passport, your NIE number if you have one, and proof of income. We tell you the exact list for your situation.

Are bills included?

It depends on the property. Community fees are usually paid by the owner, while water, electricity and internet are paid by the tenant. The detail is stated on each listing.
