VivaStay is a holiday rental management and real estate company founded in Málaga in 2023 by Hannah De Oliveira, a licensed estate agent (API 525). Hannah has worked in property management since 2017, starting in south-west France in Biarritz, Hossegor and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and on the Costa del Sol since 2021.

Frequently asked questions

How much does holiday rental management cost?

Our fee is 20% plus VAT on the amount received for each booking. Cleaning, linen, check-in and check-out and the check-in and check-out video are all included.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. The management contract has no minimum term and you can end it whenever you wish.

When do I receive my rental income?

We transfer your income every month, before the 5th, for the previous month’s stays.

What happens if a guest damages my property?

Our team films the property when each guest arrives and leaves, with an inventory and condition report. Depending on the case, a security deposit or insurance covers damage caused by misuse.

Can you get the tourist licence for me?

Yes. For €120 plus VAT, our administrative team files the application and we send you the registration number once it is approved.

Can you also handle renovation or furnish my property?

Yes. Our team handles building works, furnishing and interior design, as well as routine maintenance for the properties we manage in Málaga and on the Costa del Sol.

I don’t speak Spanish. Is that a problem?

Our team works in English, Spanish and French and deals with the Spanish administration on your behalf.

Which areas do you cover?

We manage properties in Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella, as well as inland in Coín, Cártama and Casabermeja.
