The living room is large and bright, fitted with reversible air conditioning for both cooling and heating, and opens onto a covered terrace with an awning offering side views of the sea and a full view of the Sierra de Mijas. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and fridge.
The development has two communal pools, one of them open all year, gardens, a concierge and controlled access. The C-1 Cercanías station is within walking distance, Málaga airport is around twelve minutes away by train, and the shops of Calle San Miguel and Bajondillo beach are a few minutes on foot.
The tenancy is a seasonal contract under article 3 of the Spanish Urban Tenancies Act, with a minimum term of 32 days and a fixed end date. Maximum occupancy is two people. I ask for proof of income equal to three times the rent and a two month deposit.
